Friends and Family One of my friends whose a little off came up with a new work-out. This is the same guy that throws boulders a few times a week. He is a true warrior and believes in anything that will make you tougher. Kevin, you should take lessons. The work-out consists of dragging these chains that weigh about 125 pounds about 100 meters while they dig into your body (attached pics). I'll admit, I was totally spent after 4 intervals. I had to go lay down because I thought my body was going to explode. Despite the talk from the media that atmospherics are heating up because of the Sunni / Shiite business, it really hasn’t touched us much. They can hash it out among themselves as long as they stay on their level and don’t start targeting coalition forces.
